Welcome to the Dynamic Sourcing mobile application (the "Dynamic Assistant"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App provided by Dynamic Sourcing ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynamic Sourcing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
